Courses and Online Programs
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for our courses and online programs.
If you are not satisfied with your course within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@fluencyschool.com.au within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- If printed books were shipped as part of the course, the cost of the books will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds are not available after 7 days.
Physical Products (Books and Materials)
All sales of physical products, such as bilingual books and educational materials, are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us at contact@fluencyschool.com.au within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
- To complete your claim, you may be required to provide proof of damage (such as photographs).
- Upon approval, we will offer a replacement product or issue a full refund for the defective item.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Downloadable digital products
- Completed course modules
- Services already rendered
- Gift cards
Processing Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
